Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of the Hollow website and our design and automation services. By requesting a quote or working with us, you agree to them.
Estimates
Any pricing shown on this site or in a quote is an estimate. We confirm the exact price on a free call before any work begins. Nothing is charged until you agree to a project.
Services
We build custom websites and set up the tools you choose. Monthly care plans and add-on services continue as long as the associated fees are current. You own your business information; we host and maintain what we build for you.
Third-party tools
Some features rely on third-party services (for example, calendar providers and payment processors). Their terms apply where relevant.
